Досточтимый Тензин Приядарши даст подробное объяснение классического произведения Арьи Нагарджуны «Бдохичитта-виварана» о зарождении бодхичитты ‒ устремления к пробуждению ради счастья всех существ. Текст переведен на русский язык по рекомендации Его Святейшества Далай-ламы XIV. Идеи Нагарджуны, изложенные в «Бодхичитта-виваране» получили дальнейшее развитие в более позднем труде Шантидевы «Бодхичарья-аватара». Программа организована фондом «Сохраним Тибет» совместно с московским буддийским центром «Ганден Тендар Линг», объявившим 2013 год «Годом Нагарджуны», и Группой «Аватар».

Сутра сердца ‒ один из величайших письменных памятников буддизма Махаяны. Представляет собой краткое изложение идеи пустоты, взаимозависимости всего сущего, изложенной в своде буддийских сутр о совершенной мудрости (Праджняпарамита), к которому и относится Сутра сердца. Согласно более глубокому, «скрытому» уровню понимания текста, который предлагает Его Святейшества Далай-лама, в нем также раскрываются последовательные этапы духовного роста, приводящие к полного пробуждению. Сутра сердца сохранилась в санскритских оригиналах, а также китайских и тибетских переводах. Она ежедневно прочитывается в буддийских общинах Тибета, Монголии и России, а также Китая, Вьетнама, Кореи, Японии и других стран, где получил распространение буддизм махаяны.

Составленная великим буддийским философом Шантидевой «Бодхичарья-аватара» («Вступление на путь бодхисаттвы») ‒ классическое произведение буддизма махаяны, раскрывающее один из идеал бодхисаттвы. На протяжении многих столетий этот труд служил источником вдохновения для многих поколений великих наставников, их преемников и простых людей. Его Святейшество Далай-лама писал о «Бодхичарья-аватаре»: «Если я хоть в какой-то мере постиг, что такое сострадание и путь бодхисаттвы, своим пониманием я целиком и полностью обязан этому тексту». Программа организована совместно с Ростовским буддийским центром.

Учения по Алмазной сутре

Алмазная сутра ‒ образное название «Ваджраччхедка-праджняпарамита-сутры» (букв. с санскр. «Сутра о совершенной мудрости, рассекающая [тьму неведения] как удар молнии». Алмазная сутра переведена практически на все языки стран распространения буддизма махаяны. Она, как и Сутра золотого света, высоко чтилась калмыцким народом. Тексты этих сутр, переписанные от руки буддийскими монахами, хранились на алтарях во многих калмыцких семьях. До наших дней дошли сотни древних экземпляров священных сутр, в том числе датируемых XVII в., которые были переписаны тростниковым пером, каламом. Программа организована совместно с Объединением буддистов Калмыкии и Центральным калмыцким хурулом «Золотая обитель Будды Шакьямуни.
